Raül Villar, creator of Ibiza Home Chef, has a longtime, dedicated career in gastronomy and in the kitchen with over a 20-year experience.

Trained at the Hospitality School of Asturias, Raül has led the kitchen teams in some of the most renowned restaurants in the region, while being granted various awards to the excellence of his cuisine.

He is currently combining his job at Ibiza Home Chef, where he creates the best gastronomic experience for you and your guests, with his job as a teacher in different cookery schools on the island.

Philosophy

Based on the concept of the product as a cornerstone, we look for the best raw material available in order for you and your guests to enjoy it at its fullest. To meet this aim, we fuse the tastiest local products of Ibiza island and its Mediterranean, with the best ingredients from elsewhere. Our core aim is to achieve excellence in every dish we make. With this purpose in mind, and thanks to our experience, we apply the best cooking techniques to each element so that high-quality cuisine is brought to your table.
